These are wonderful flood lights. Years ago I purchased the Feit Blue Flood Lights but they are now discontinued. I have been searching for a light that would illuminate the trees, shrubs and house with magnificent colour and am so pleased that I found these. I ordered four more. I combine them with red, green and yellow floods to create a riot of colour for the exterior of my home at Christmas. The blue has enough strength to brighten the house even though we live on a main street. The power of the street lights was drowning out the regular blue floods. I highly recommend these lights and am so thrilled that after 10 years of searching I found these magnificent bulbs.

After years of being afraid to turn on the power-sucking 300 Watt incandescent bulb used in my swimming pool waterproof light enclosure, I bought a color changing LED. I found that I left it set to blue, or maybe to a program that did a subtle blue to violet shift. Very pleasing until it died a couple of months later. Then it's replacement died after a little over a year. Although the color changing LED's seller replaced the first light, the second would be on me at $60+. Not to mention the fact that accessing and changing the bulb is a pain in the arse. So I went to this blue bulb for the pool, having already used the red model in my jacuzzi with great, trouble-free results. The red is perfect in the jacuzzi; red light doesn't transmit thru water well, so it is not too bright there. Blue light is transmitted better, so I tried this 10 Watt blue LED in the pool. It looks great, is bright but not too bright, inexpensive, and should last a lot longer than the color-changing bulb it replaced. And because it is a sealed bulb (unlike the color-changing one with its exposed LED elements), it should resist any moisture within the sealed enclosure. I am pleased.

Excellent, high-quality light! Came packaged professionally in individual boxes that protected them well, and unpacking was simple. My usage was to illuminate my home during Christmas in cold, snowy Wisconsin. Concerns of moisture damage confidently alleviated by construction of housing unit, which included bead of clear caulk between body and glass face. Used waterproof stake-holders to put in ground (before it froze!). No water infiltration detected anywhere. From a power perspective, I was able to put 16 of these on a single circuit, drawing LESS than 2 AMPS! That being said, they generated the richest, highly-saturated, deeply-intense blue light I've ever seen out of a flood. Covered the surface area of the house uniformly, without the variation, splotchiness of standard incandescent floods with color-coated surface. This product is in a classs by itself in the colored flood lamp market. While the prices are still relatively high compared to standard lights, do the math on cost and longevity, and you'll probably find it's financially worth it to go with these. I can't say enough about the quality, richness and intensity of the colored light these produce compared to an equivalent incandescent. Once you have these, you'll never go back!

The product came as advertised. It was very easy to install and provides great light to our front porch area. There are two small reasons for not giving the product a 5/5. 1. This light is advertized as amber. It definitely gives an amber light. However, the picture is deceiving. It is very orange in the picture. I bought the lights for Halloween in an attempt to cast the house in orange. It still serves as a decent color (looking a little more like fall than Halloween), but just doesn't match the advertized pictures. 2. The price is a bit steep. $32 when i purchased comes out to $16/bulb. Looing around other sellers, I was able to find the same bulb (in different colors) for $5-$8 a bulb. Double the price for just a differnt color seemed a little expensive to me. Overall, I like the bulbs. Longesvity has not yet been tested, but they are bright and cover a good sized area.

These last forever. The brightness is just right. I use them for an area 40 x 75 feet. The Amber color of theses is spot on. They do not attract insects and yet light this area enough to feel comfortable and see pretty well. Many of these are too yellow but this brand and product is exactly as stated. My neighbors comment on the color and brightness always in a very positive way. Wii buy again. If I ever need to.
