Good Quality Camera
I have been using this camera for a few days, and it is very helpful for home and shop security. The picture clarity is clear and sharp even at night. The camera quality feels strong, and the rotation is smooth. App support is easy and user friendly, and you can ask any questions related to this camera. The storage capacity is good with both cloud and SD card options. Memory card support works fine and saves recordings well. Battery life is not a concern as it runs on power. Overall, it is a reliable and safe product. Highly recommended for security.

DO NOT BUY: Qubo Security Cameras: SmartCam360-3MP
QUBO IS A HORRIBLE SECURITY-CAMERA PRODUCT LINE NOW… DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Since my earlier purchase 2 years ago, I bought two more Qubo Smart Cam360-3MP models alongwith a Smart Bullet model early last month. Their Cam360 cameras came DOA (dead-on-arrival): one failed to read our WiFi QR code, both failed to read the Samsung EVOPlus 128GB/256GB microSD chips, ALL of which work fine on the older CAM360's I had before, as well as the new Qubo Bullet camera I just bought. Here is how pathetic their new product line AND customer service have become over time: 1. After days of scheduing and repeat calls, i started getting a tech support call, which I received a total of 5 of during last 4 weeks, each at a progressive higher level few days apart (vs promised 24 hours apart). 2. EACH LAYER of tech support went through a video/audio call asking me to run their prescribed sequence of testing, lasting 20-30 minutes each. 3. EACH TESTER passed on the baton to the next level, without any recording of what they found on actually verified defects. 4. So I was asked to repeat the same test sequence in at least 4 separate episode of testing, oblivious of prior failed test results. At least 20-30 minutes each time! 5. After spending 3-weeks of these 4 sessions at painful cost of my time and attendance, I was finally told that their senior-most technician will call and resolve the issue by sending a serviceman to the site or sending a replacement of the two DOA units. 6. NONE OF WHICH seemed to be happening for a week, so I called back to check. We already had waited for a whole month since shipment to activate the cameras. 7. WOULD YOU BELIEVE, the 5th call finally came 2 days ago... and the technician still asked for testing the cameras ALL OVER AGAIN via video call as before! Apparently they still had no record at all of prior test-results, all of which had consistently failed. This lady still had no intention of replacing the defective units, nor sending a service technician to our site, as they claimed they do in such cases. Nor would they let me speak to their upper management to notify this terribly lousy customer/tech-support system they have in place. 8. I told them I'd throw the defective cameras out the window, and buy a different brand, if I have face whole another round of insulting test-after-test procedures, with no end in sight. 9. SO FOLKS, this company is now using customer's precious hours to their quality control testing, which is supposed to happen during the manufacture or right after as the next step, prior to packaging for shipment. SO PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PRODUCT LINE HAS BECOME A THIRD-RATE PRODUCT, which needs to be avoided if you don't want to face the fate we suffered. Not to mention the wasted cost of these devices.

Good Alternative if Tapo is Unavailable, but Expect Some Lag
I received this product on March 17th, and today is March 20th, so this review is based on just 4 days of usage. I bought it for ₹2,000. So far, I haven't faced any major issues, but there have been a few minor glitches. For context, I also own a Tapo C410 (bought on January 18th this year), which has given me absolutely zero trouble and is a highly recommended product. I only bought this camera because the Tapo one was unavailable. Below are some pros and cons based on my personal experience. Keep in mind that user experiences can vary—some might face different issues, while others might face none at all. Pros: 1. Easy setup: Connects to Wi-Fi very easily. 2. Good camera quality: Both picture and video quality are great. 3. Good motion detection: It detects motion very well. 4. Value for money: Got it at a decent price, though the brand occasionally offers discounts so you might be able to get it even cheaper. Cons: 1. Connection drops: Even after a complete setup, the device occasionally shows as 'disconnected' on its own. However, refreshing the app usually reconnects it easily. 2. False alarms: It sometimes detects false motion. A quick fix for this is going into the settings and keeping only 'Person Detection' turned ON. 3. Laggy performance: Despite having a strong Wi-Fi connection, it sometimes lags heavily and responds slowly. It is definitely not as fast when compared to the Tapo. 4. App issues with 360 movement: When panning the camera 360 degrees through the app, the movement is very laggy. Sometimes it gets stuck in one position, and it only goes back to normal after restarting the app.

Best quality
Installed this Smart 360 Wi-Fi CCTV camera at home last week and it’s working really well. The video is clear and the 360 view covers the whole room easily and i can access it from my mobile phone from anywhere. I like the AI person detection feature alerts come quickly on the app. Night vision is decent too.

Decent camera not without some problems
I have been using this camera for the last 4 months. Installation is quite easy and following the instruction one can configure it with ease. I have fixed it on the top of the main door of my apartment. A few points to be noted before deciding to purchase. It’s a budget camera hence advertised features will work up to a point. E.g. the motion tracking does work provided the subject remains within reasonable speed. Else it can’t track. The biggest problem with this camera is that, it inexplicably looses the WiFi link. After which one has to reset the camera, which if it’s fixed a little high up can be pain. Otherwise it’s a decent camera with notifications for motion tracking being sent to your phone and you can check out the image over the internet remotely. I may go for a better one after a year. Just adding a bit more. The ability to recognize human form is a little iffy. Sometimes it misses if the setting is left to motbtrack motion but just humans. So have reverted to record tracking any motion. Also, I had left the configuration to track mode. But that works only when the target is slow. Any fast movement and it fails to track. So, I've set the tracker off and have left it trained on a fixed area.

Product has lots of Software issues .
I am writing this review after using this product for 1 month . Pros : Elegant and compact Design ,Finishing is good ,packing is good . Cons : Onboard Software Glitch , Latency issue , Mobile app software not up to the mark .( sometimes Hangs ). Issues I have faced in One month : Issue 1: I had received this product in good condition ,Upon using I found that the 64 GB class 10 memory card is not detecting ,I reformatted it to FAT 32 but still dint work. I called the CC and asked for an replacement ( Thinking its and defective product ) ,Product was replaced in 3 days . Same issue occurred in the replaced product. I called up the CC ,they said they will update the SW ,still dint work and the issue is pending .Later I inserted 16 GB Memory card and its working now with max 16 GB card or may be upto 32 GB . - So the claim on upto 256 GB memory card support is Technically wrong . The same 64 GB card is working with my 3 year old cam for which i paid 1700.( Non qubo Brand ) Issue 2 : The person tracking feature works well only when the cam is in desktop or in normal position . But when I mounted it in ceiling and enabled Rotate Image ,the tracking dint work as expected ,It tracked at the initial moment and turned to an corner where there is no person moment at all . Called up the CC ,but the same answer .issue not resolved . Issue 3 : 1.Mobile software hangs some time ,need to kill the app and reopen . 2. latency issue while streaming the video( Image Pixelating ) ,this happens sometimes - CC's resolution is to reboot Internet router . But that's not the fix for the issue . I have called up Customer Care Several time ,but the issues have not resolved and the ticket has been closed , I can provide the CC ticket reference number and call recording also . Recommendation to the Buyer : I taught this is an made in India Initiative product and purchased it ,but now i regret it . Please do not invest your money in this product and waste your Time and money . I am not going to escalate this issue to the CEO of Qubo or any other authority as its not worth spending my time on it and for the value of the product . Please invest on much more mature product if you need better result . Thanks
