Ender-3 S1 3D Printer Sprite Direct Dual-Gear Extruder CR Touch Automatic Bed Leveling High-Precision Dual Z-axis PC Spring Steel Printing Platform

I bought a 3D printer for the first time in my life and I did not have much knowledge about its equipment. That is why when taking it from the delivery boy I only checked if the product was broken or not. When I sat to assemble the 3D printer from YouTube at night, I found out that absolutely all the parts are missing in it like extruder, nose, power cable etc. I called up Creality shop and messaged them but did not get any response from there. I think it is useless to buy this. Creality and Amazon use their customers only to loot money. I had ordered the printer after earning money with a lot of hard work and this happened to me. I regret that I bought the printer from them.

印刷の品質については言うまでもなく良いです。オーバーハングやブリッジなども綺麗に印刷できます。 静音性については歴代のEnder3・Ender3 Pro・Ender3 V2と使ってきましたが、Ender3 S1が無改造では1番静かだと思います。 初心者向けかどうかについては、1点だけ懸念点があります。 組み立ては手間が圧倒的に少なく、ビスを数本止めるだけで完成してしまうほどで、3Dプリンタの構造を知っている人であれば30分くらいでひとまず完成するくらいあっさり組み立てられ、初心者の方でも安心かと思います。 しかし、オートレベリングが諸刃の剣というか、初回の調整のみ手動でのレベリング＋オートレベリング（＋zオフセット調整）をしなければならないため、やることが多く、手動レベリングもしたことがない方などはよく調べたり、誰かに教えてもらう必要があると思います。（その際、取扱説明書は分かりづらいので動画サイトなどで検索することをお勧めします。） 最後に、性能には関係ないのですが、ちょっと残念ポイントなのが、v2より若干奥行きが必要になってしまった点です。 私は壁にくっつけて設置した机の、その上に3Dプリンターを置いて使用しています。 なので奥行きに制限があったのですが、今までのV2まではギリギリ乗せることが出来ました。しかし、S1では10センチほど奥行きが必要になってしまったので、別のところに置くことになってしまいました。残念; ; また、少し気になったのが、ホットエンドの接続がフラットケーブルになったのですが、そのケーブルの取り回しが今までは、v2以前は後ろから取り回していたのが、s1では左から取り回す設計になっており、左側にもスペースが必要になってしまったのも設計的にどうかなと思います。 （また時間がある時に詳細なレビューを上げたいと思います。）

I bought this 3D printer as my 2022 new year present. I am surprised by how much improvement this 3D printer has made from the already-very good Ender 3 V2. It is so much more user-friendly than before. It took me only 30 mins from unbox it to begin printing on it. To begin with, the assembly is much much easier than the previous generations. You only needs to spend 10 mins to screw three majors parts together: the base frame, the nozzle kit and the gantry frame. Unlike on the Ender 3 V2, the belt, wheels, and nozzle mount already pre-installed on the gantry frame, which had been a tedious job when I assembled my Ender 3 V2. Secondly, the auto leveling makes the initial configuration so much easier. It is dummy proved reliable. No more repetitive adjusting the 4 leveling knobs below the printing bed. Thirdly, the built quality is soooo much better. The cables are sleeved better and routed to be hidden inside the machine, giving less possibility of tripping the wires when printing. All corners are decorated with some plastic wrappers and the built-in computer is hidden in the base frame. The base frame is covered so you don't see the parts inside. Overall, it evolves to a mature product for the first time, whereas its predecessors looked like kickstarter prototypes. The printing quality is better when you use it to print TPU. I did not have good luck on printing TPU with ender 3 v2 and that was the reason I bought this model. The direct drive nozzle is better with printing precisions and handles soft materials well. I printed a lens cap for my Leica lens and it fits perfectly. The printing details are also better than the ones printed by the V2. Also the magnet detachable printing bed uses a new material which is neither the soft rubber on the v1 nor the hard glass on the v2. It keeps the best in the both world: it uses hard rubber which is much more durable than the soft rubber but bendable just enough for you to bend it to remove the printed model. Smaller things like use full-sized SD card versus the micro sd card is a big plus for me, because my computer only reads full-sized SD card. If I have to say something to complain, the instruction book is too small and I cannot read the text clearly. Also the Cura Slicer does not support this model so the factory software has to be used to create .gcode file. Luckily, the factory software also has a Mac version.

Nice Printer over all, quick setup, about 30 minutes. Mine had a power supply wiring issue that I had to fix, negative rail was not tied correctly to motherboard. After that, liveling was a breeze and after setiing Z offset, I printed the small Rabbit sample on the SD card flawlessly. Good stuff. Note to Creality: Please, have better QA, that could have been a very bad experience for a customer. I am tech saavy, but not averyone is. EDIT: Printer is actually defective, seller as problem understanding replies to troubleshooting steps... avoid. Had to return a buy a new one from another seller.

購入して2年半、少しずつバージョンアップを図りながら使って来ましたが、初心者から始める分にはとても良かったです。 もう少し、失敗例からの調整方法等の紹介があると、無駄がなくせると思いますが、それもトライアンドエラーを経験しながら学べるやつです。

I built my first Kossel printer, and also had a Prusa mk3, this is my 3rd 3D printer and I can say this is also the best one I got. It's super easy to assemble and calibrate. It probably only took me 30 mins to build and calibrate it, and I can start printing without any issue.
