This was an absolute hit. The production quality alone makes it feel legit — the evidence envelope, police reports, newspaper clippings, photos, receipts — everything is thoughtfully designed and immersive. It doesn’t feel like a “game,” it feels like you’re actually working a case. The clues are layered and intelligent without being impossible. It challenges you to slow down, pay attention, connect details, and think critically. No cheap tricks — just solid storytelling and well-structured evidence that builds toward a satisfying conclusion. We played it as a small group for dinner and it sparked great conversation and teamwork. It would work just as well for a date night or even solo if you enjoy puzzles and true-crime style investigations. Highly recommend if you like solving things, reading between the lines, and feeling like a detective for the night. Worth every penny.

This was a great game. I liked the twists and turns and putting the evidence together, much like a puzzle. It was fun to play and easy to set up.

These mysteries have become a staple for our girls night get togethers! They are very well thought out and we love using our detective skills to figure out the email passwords (well, most of the time 😂) and trying to find the hidden clues. We've done a few different ones now and no two were alike. They really do take us a few hours to solve, and sometimes we even need to step away for the night and pick back up the next morning after our brains could rest. They have different levels of difficulty so you can decide how challenging you want it to be. We tend to write notes all over the documents, but you could easily keep everything and pass it along to another person/group to solve. We really feel they are worth the price and look forward to solving more in the future!

This turned out to be an awesome date night activity. Instead of just watching a movie or scrolling on our phones, we got to actually work together and solve the case. The clues are really well done and make you feel like real detectives going through evidence. It’s a great mix of challenging but still fun, and it kept us engaged the whole time. Highly recommend if you want something different for a date night or even a small group hangout.

This was a fun date night for my husband and I although some of the evidence was difficult to decipher. If you're a novice to games like these it can be quite challenging. Thankfully there is an online "hints" page.

This was a fun date night. My husband and I had a great time and were able to solve the case in about 2.5 hours. We had hoped it might last a bit longer but I guess we are quite clever together and got it done fairly quickly. It was a great way to spend time together without thinking about normal life stuff and away from the TV. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for something different to do! Great value for money considering a trip to the theatre, bar, or restaurant would be easily more than double the cost of this. The materials were very high quality, the pictures felt like actual photos and were of high quality. Most of it was very readable but some of the ones mimicking handwriting were a bit difficult to read. We caught on fairly quickly and it was easy to learn how to solve the case once we went through all of the materials.

This was so fun! I wanted to do a fun activity with my wife for our anniversary, and found this. It allowed us to get off our phones and work together as a team to solve a murder. It took us well over 2 hrs to solve, but we refused to cheat, and I'm so glad we didn't. We solved the murder, and it was a blast! We also took care not to write on any of the pages and kept them in good order, so we can share this with our friends and family. I highly recommend this, and I can't wait for our next case!

A group of 6 of us ( all in our 50's) played this on New Years Eve. Took us about 4 hours (but that included delays from drinking, and New Years countdown). Everyone found it intriguing. We had to bring up the online portion on a TV for all to see. Online hints were key to solving the mystery. Very engaging. Well worth the money for a group gathering. Lots of information. Very realistic evidence. The cipher was challenging.

Bought it on recommendation of a friend and we had great fun solving it. Its all very well put together and all the evidence is really high quality including the online elements. Can’t wait for the next one

Was very fun, was difficult enough for people that haven’t attempted a murder mystery before. We managed to solve it correctly! 😁 Excellent value for money, all the evidence and pictures provided in the back were easy to read and good quality. The actual murder plot was good and there’s plenty to go through physically and online (going through emails).
