Since the plug 🔌 cannot be used is gulf countries so I like the behaviour of the seller to provide an additional docket with the plug. This action might be very small but the courtesy has to be admired.I like the timing feature of the product. This helps in saving electricity.I can just adjust the temperature and keep it on the timer and move. The fragrance keep coming and it auto switchs off after an hour. I have been looki g for the temp adjustment and time adjustment burner for quite some time.The product quality is good. Its my second day today and it still effective.I main feedback is that the temperature should be more heating.Thank you
