Few Words: It works, safe to buy if you need a VGA cable Many Words: Good standard VGA cable at a reasonable price. The only way a cable can be bad is if you can't get the right size or it's made poorly and breaks. They had a good range of lengths and I was able to get one that doesn't limit the movement of a graphics tablet but also isn't so long you have a coil of it on the floor. They packaged it properly too, in that it came in a loose enough coil that it couldn't get bent enough to damage and isn't stuck in a spiral shape even when you take it out.

Discovered something in this small home project i just finished: Not all all VGA cables and switches are created equal. Some limit the options of monitor resolutions, for some reason. Probably they skip wiring some of the pins or something. The thing is that these particular VGA cables worked great! I had some fancier looking ones that i had to discard. These have a basic non-fancy look, but feel strong and well built. And they work with all the resolutions of my system!

This product arrived fast and worked very well with my monitor and CPU. After connecting each end of the VGA into the monitor, and into the CPU, I highly advise plugging the power ends of each component into a surge protector plug bar, not just directly into the wall sockets. If you see a brief message on your monitor basically saying that the VGA is not connected (or something like that), check each end of the VGA cable to ensure it is tightly connected. I got that message when I failed to tightly screw it into the CPU. After I tightened it, the monitor worked very well.

Delivers solid performance with no signal drops great for basic monitor setups.

Amazing and practical

I needed a vga cable to check a laptop screen problem - couldn't find my old one so order this one from Amazon - the cable works - what more can I say - it's not meant to be pretty - it appears to be well constructed and is as it is represented in Amazon's description. Again, it works which in this case earns it five stars from me-----I of course found my old cable after receiving this new one but that's how the universe works

There is not a whole lot to say about this. It's a very rudimentary VGA cable, and it worked in my setup. Picture quality was no better or worse than others I have used, but considering I'm using it on a 720p VGA monitor, we're not really pushing much here. It was worth what I paid, and if you need one, it's perfect buyable.

I got this to connect an older compute to a monitor. The price was right, and unlike some other inexpensive cables seemed to be decent quality. It arrived very quickly, well padded in a shipping bag. I connected it without any issues: the screws fit properly, nothing was bent or out of place, etc. Bottom line: it works correctly, is made decently, and is well worth the price.
