Sadly, they sent me 6 oz. steaks instead of the 8 oz. ones I ordered. These food delivery services sometimes make mistakes like this so you have to be careful. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again. For the money, I expect much better service and did not get it. The six oz. steaks taste great mind you. It is a good product. But, they shorted me 12 oz. and that's less than great.

These cuts have that classic tenderloin feel, very tender and smooth with a nice bite.

The filets were very good and well trimmed. But my package arrived thawed. The packaging needs to be better (using dry ice not Nordic Ice packs).

I think its cool that they come individually portioned & cleaned. Im grateful for this.

6 pack is perfect for planning dishes ahead. I froze a couple & used the rest for a family celebrations. super convenient.
