Full disclosure: these are cheap junk. There is a place for an off switch with the words in the plastic... but no off switch. This is cheap Chinese trash... That said, here's the review: Covid-19... haha, literally I could probably leave it there and some would get it, but for the rest of you, The virus took all 4 of my kids out of school. When they opened back up, we had the option of online learning from home. We took it, I don't want my kids in school having to deal with even more stress and crap than before, AND in our county in school is only 2 days a week for secondary and 4 days a week for elementary, My 5 yr old started kindergarten this year and they put his lessons online and sent him a Chromebook. Now I consider my little boy a genius as I'm sure all parents do their kids but have you ever met a 5yr old that could navigate a touchpad flawlessly? Me either, so... I order this cheap as hell number pad and mouse so he could get a feel for doing his own work instead of Daddy doing most of the pointing and clicking. The number pad works great for doing Xtramath, since on that tiny Chromebook, the numbers are above the keys, and he's learning the keyboard... Best of all, if it breaks, it was cheap. The batteries have lasted with daily use since September 13th, and I just used the cheap Rayovac yellow batteries from Big lots... He's dropped them, he popped the case off the mouse, one time the keypad got stuck on some papers and went flying across the room... Still works. So, sometimes, cheap trash is the best thing for the job. Adults, however, are going to pick them up and think they are toys.
