Received in opened condition and Smell different
On 21st January 2026 i received the 250g Cetaphil Moisturising cream in opened condition. When i viewed more reviews, same issues found for 2-3 persons. It must be a safety concern for skincare products. And also the product smells different than the 453g pack. And also expiry details not mentioned on the pack.

I've been repurchasing this product for over a year now, I have very dry skin and it is the only moisturiser I can find that hydrates my skin completely (i.e. no flaky patches). I have very sensitive skin but wasn't worried when I first tried this as it is even safe for use on babies, I had no reaction at all and it doesn't have an over-powering smell. A friend's baby developed very dry patches on his skin when we went on holiday once & this was the only cream we had. We was shocked that it cleared his skin up extremely quickly! So as well as being great for me, it was a true savour in this situation.

Crème que j'utilise pour le visage, elle hydrate bien sans laisser la peau grasse. Elle m'a été recommandée en pharmacie pour ma fille suite à une exposition au soleil et je l'ai testée sur mon visage depuis je l'ai adoptée.
