Doesn’t slip has good resistance
I have a knee injury that makes it so I can’t lift weights. This was a good alternative to make my workouts a little more challenging without over doing it on my knee. I love it also have taken it on travel to not lose my routine. Good resistance doesn’t tear like plastic ones and has grippies inside so it doesn’t roll or slip. Would recommend.

The only band that doesn’t roll
I use exercise bands as part of strength/circuit training and was previously annoyed at how much they roll and how often they break. Even the lightest one is pretty tough compared to other brands, but the benefits are worth it to me. It seems like it could last for many years.
