Blade is very sharp and most veggies offer no challenge, but.. Handle is difficult to hold. Can use only 2 fingers to grip. Falls out of wet hands quite often. Blade does not tilt outwards as much as I would have liked, or as much as I am used to. As a result, very difficult to use on even slightly concave surfaces, like a bent potato.

J'ai du racheter un epluche legume, celui-ci est super léger mais résistant et efficace aussi bien pour les pommes de terre et les pommes que pour une pêche ou une tomate qui sont assez mou ! Je recommande car il est léger efficace et on le tiens bien main!

I use it in a professional kitchen,for me it's great,it's fast has preferred shape and unlike the metal similar shape ones doesn't cut into hand, specially if u peeled 75kg of potatoes in a sitting 😁
