Cardo FREECOM 4X - DUO

Wouldn't be without a Cardo ever again. I bought a duo box as I have the kids on the back of the bike here and there and it is great to be able to chat. Functions as it should, there isn't really more to expect from it. Pairing can be an issue depending on who else is on the other end and their understanding of it, otherwise totally fine. Excellent value for money as I bought a duo box.

The audio clarity of these are excellent. but they are so loud! Unless I am yet to find the settings , there seems no way to turn them down to more of an ambient volume. I thought I might use them for some music as well as talking between riders, but even the lowest setting is overwhelmingly loud. That was quite a surprise, as most iphone headphones have trouble reaching a decent volume, let alone being too loud at the lowest setting. The other issue is playing music and talking to other riders - you can't have both on, which also negates the purpose of these. Assembling and fitting was not too hard too, even though it wwas a bit confusing to follow the instructiosn at fiorst; but once I got my head around it, it was fine. Easy to remove to charge and reattach. The headphones insitde the helet are a bit uncomfortable, but that could be my fitting not being in quite the right place. They crush my ears a bit. They are very expensive to have these shortcomings, so I am somewhat disappointed with them, even though the intercom worked much better than I was expecting and the quality is otherwise very good - so, none of that woudl be a problem for people not interested in music

Cutting voice sound. Keeps loosing connection with 3rd rider with cardo 4x.

A good system that has a lot of good features great range between riders and easy reconnect if they become disconnected, battery life is good and tells you how much is left when powering off, only thing that lets them down is the sound quality from the speakers is a little shallow and on occasion it will switch to the radio without user input or will turn off music at random especially when using the intercom

The app is a total nightmare , connection not stable and the battery doesn’t last at all . I just wished I could have returned , but I only managed to put it on too late . Personally considering the very premium price , you get something very similar on Amazon for 30 pounds which doesn’t loose the connection or even better a proper car play . Avoid , not worth it .

Terrible. Never connects and if it by miracle does it just disconnects within 10 mins, customer support useless, complete waste of money.

Firstly, it didn’t come with a manual, which made set up quite difficult. We eventually went to a Cardo retailer just to get the intercom working, but then the other features such as sharing music or sharing a call didn’t work either. Then today one of the microphones failed and stopped working completely. It is not user friendly, not easy to set up, sometimes the Bluetooth just refuses to connect to it full stop and then the app takes forever to recognise the unit. Not worth the money and returning it immediately.

Interfono davvero di qualità, ottima la comunicazione sia con il passeggero che durante le telefonate. Personalmente non l'ho mai provato per la comunicazione con altri motociclisti. Io utilizzo iPhone ed è perfettamente compatibile con i comandi di Siri, buona anche la navigazione tramite tasti con la app di musica Spotify. A proposito, qualità del suono davvero eccezionale. Io ho un casco modulare (quelli che si può sollevare la mentoniera), l'audio percepito dal mio interlocutore è sempre ottimo sia quando il microfono è dietro la mentoniera sia quando questa è sollevata. Utilizzo prevalentemente in autostrada quandi anche in presenza di vento forte data la velocità. Ultime note riguardano: - la durata della batteria, veramente soddisfacente, con una ricarica e con utilizzo quotidiano ci faccio tranquillamente tutta la settimana. - qualità dei materiali, tutto veramente solido e dà la percezione di materialid i qualità, dopo più di un anno di utilizzo e molteplici torsioni, il microfono non da segni di usura. Unica nota negativa è la plastica molle sopra i tasti di comando, questa inizia a fessurarsi a seguito dell'utilizzo.

Ce système est parfait pour la moto. La qualité du son est impeccable et conforme au multiples commentaires à ce sujet. Point positifs: - design sympa - facile à installer - excellente qualité de son - autonomie batterie bonne - rapid à recharger Point négatif : - Prise en main de l'application et commande vocale au début - lors de communication entre casque, soit tu laisses le canal ouvert mais le micro capte aussi certain bruit environnent (vent sur micro par ex) ou tu fermes le canal quand tu as fini de parler mais pour le rouvrir tu dois appuyer sur un bouton et sa met plusieurs second avant de ce connecter. Donc si tu dois dire quelque chose à la voler bin y'aura du retard Conseils : - bien diriger votre micro près de votre bouche au max de la fermeture du casque (si casque Jet comme moi) - Faite attention à ce que le fil Jack soit bien connecté dans le fond de votre casque (voir mettre un coup de chatterton autour). Il m'est arrivé de déconnecté le Jack a la longue et je pensais que le son était pourri alors que pas du tout... - Les commandes vocales : au début vous aurez du mal mais au bout de plusieurs semaine d'utilisation sa marcher tout seul. Il y a des chances pour que l'application s'améliore avec l'utilisation. il faut parler et dire exactement les mots décrit dans le manuel. Par contre, passer 120km/H il y aura sûrement trop de bruit dans votre casque pour que sa marche. Mais sa Fontionne une fois sur 3 - Choissez bien votre casque: j'avais un casque Harley qui après 80km/H étais une vrai ruche à l'intérieur. Résultats, les commandes vocales marchais pas... En gros je recommande bien ce produit !

O intercomunicador CARDO está no patamar de "Excelência" dos intercomunicadores, audição e transmissão excelentes em velocidades acima de 100 km/h. Recomendo.
