Your product is well made and VERY RELIABLE. My ONLY problem is the foil wearing down in under a year of usage and of course it is not used every day. The trimmers and numerous attachments work flawlessly. The ergonomic shape of the power unit allows for the perfect angle to reach areas that need precise grooming. I would rate your product at a 4.9 out of a possible 5 star rating with the foil being the only reason that a 5 star rating cannot be achieved. With that lone exception I love your product and have recommended it to two other individuals.

My husband loves this beard trimmer. The battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. The price is great. It has all the attachments you could need and it’s easy to use.

This is a great product for a great price. About 14 months after I purchased this product the charging cable quit working. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new charging cable free of charge within two days. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I bought this product and had it for a few months before it stopped working. When I would try to charge it the led flickered randomly and the device would not turn on. I saw someone had mentioned their customer service helps to replace it if there’s something wrong. I emailed them and they were quick to send a replacement after I sent a video of the defective product. The replacement was just the trimmer and none of the cords or extras. I tried charging the replacement, but this one’s LEDs wouldn’t even turn on. I gave up. Around 2 months later I received an email checking in with me to see if it was working. I noticed they had sent an email soon after the delivery of the replacement, but that email went to my son folder instead of my inbox so I never got a chance to reply to it. I responded back telling them the trimmer didn’t work again. That’s when the rep Hazel told me the problem was probably the power cord and that she would be sending a whole new kit again if it was ok. I told her it was and she sent the kit. It is now working great! I should note that the replacements were sent free of charge. They are dedicated to ensuring a good customer experience and are diligent in their communication. Absolutely love my trimmer and the customer service. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again and I recommend it to anyone who is still thinking about whether or not to get this trimmer.

Purchased for my son for Christmas and already quit working. I thought it was my cord not charging but I’ve tried multiple charges and can’t get it to power on.

Great trimmer at a very affordable price. So versatile, so easy to use, keeps charge for a long time. I have 2 of these: 1 for home and 1 for travel.

Value for money shaver with good functionality. Just be careful as the shaver is not ultra washable, as advertised. There are components such as screws in the head of the shaver, and also several of the adapters, that appear not to be rust-proof. Washed the interior and dried with a towel / blower immediately after use, on several occasions. However, I've noticed that the screws are already rusty after several months of once a month use.

Deffinatly value for money. Works nice, clean cut, plenty of accessory's. Worth the money.

I've been so impressed with this trimmer I've had other well known brands that feel so cheap compared to this one and the speed makes a perfect cut which is the most important part of a trimmer but I so love the digital remaining power gauge at least you know if you have enough power to trim up before needing to charge it, it's very comfortable too hold while using,the depth pieces are very easy to change n they work amazingly the thin runners glide through the hair very easily n smoothly n doesn't push the hair to the side leaving an uneven cut so you don't get those long hair pop ups,the different cutting heads all work awesome n easy to switch out n so easy to clean up plus the at this price I could buy two or three trimmers easily if not more for the price of one of other brands I'm definitely will buy other Brightup products the only personal minor detail is that I had to adjust the cutting blade guard or edge but nothing a phillips screwdriver can't handle I just prefer it right on the edge of cutting blades it's a minor set back considering I've had to do the same with every trimmer I've ever had that's why it's 5 stars all day long I'll definitely be buying for gifts n recommending the Brightup line of products
