Therapist's Choice® Mini Exercise Ball 23cm (9" Diameter)

I had a reverse shoulder replacement 10 weeks ago and went looking for an exercise ball like my therapist's. Thankfully, I found a review from someone who had purchased this and highly recommended it, as do I. It is perfect for those deadly fist pushes against the wall. It inflates easily by blowing into the provided tube but be fast to seal it! I have not had to refill mine after weeks of use though.

Perfect size. Slightly deflates after several weeks. easy to blow up.

This ball is easy to blow up and works well for physical therapy exercises at home. It holds air well and is the right size for my needs.

Just what I wanted!

Ball is fine should have a valve to put air in it. There's a straw included to blow air in it but a lot of air gets lost trying to get the plug in. Disappointed with options for inflation.

I had a reverse shoulder joint replacement who h required physical therapy. This ball was recommended by my therapist. You rotate the ball on the wall with your hand and it helps loosen the shoulder. I have to do this exercise in 3 sets of ten every day. Great product.
