Needed to box up safely a full diner service. I also had the tea service to match. After searching all appropriate outlets I hoped I’d found what I needed on Amazon. There were a few products designed & made by different manufacturers. I read all the reviews & decided to purchase Homelux. Due to recent tarif changes I thought when ordering I may wait longer than the norm. The delivery was reasonably quick. I asked family members to help with the task, ages ranging from adults, teenagers & children 12yrs to 7yrs plus 1elderly person. We all were able to put together the different boxes without any difficulty. Each storage box was able to house most of what precious china needed to be placed in. The added felt dividers were fine in separated plate, saucer use etc. The young persons also learnt table etiquette which they found fascinating as not always used in this modern time. They found were the salt dish sat to where they sat was so funny. I told them it was very old fashioned ideas I did need to purchase different storage boxes for tea pots, water jug etc. water glasses though easily popped into the cup & mug box. I found that the storage boxes were strong in the didn’t need support along sides, the zips worked well. The only thing of note not all had labels to write contents on. I would definitely recommend this product. Easy to purchase from Amazon with good descriptions of what the product is, slightly pricey but you get what you pay for. Good storage protection for china to pass on to family who will use the china on special family times & able to store in a safe manner when not in use. I would highly recommend as I believe this storage product is worth paying for & will last if kept respecting the product for many years.

Very very happy with purchase!!! Love the classic beige colour. Best set I have got yet. Sturdy, quilted and look sooo classic pretty. Just wish they did the beige in a wine glass storage and serving platter case, in addition. The mug storage fits oversized mugs like Rae Dunn’s! So happy with purchase, that I have bought two more for family members and two more for myself!!!

Highly impressed w/ this product & couldn't be more pleased! We're even more impressed w/ the fact that the walls & dividers are not cardboard/paper stock! See picture. Rigid, corrugated plastic sheets. Ironically, I would have expected the divider cells to run vertically not horizontally for added strength from above if stacking, but they're still exceptionally strong. Although, w/ the horizontal orientation, they provide added rigidity from bending & deforming from the sides. Great design, none the less... Also, they're SEWN, not merely glued or heat-sealed. Which means they can be legitimately hand WASHED without falling apart!! Just be sure to dry thoroughly in case water gets into the wall/divider cells. Double zippers are smooth & sturdy. The thick fabric pull-tabs sewn to each zipper handle are a really nice touch too. The cup/mug box has handles too, although I haven't "tested" them, as I'd personally rather carry it from the bottom. Needless to day, these will remain sturdy far longer than ANY paper/cardboard-based dish storage set & will protect the contents FAR better than any soft-walled or carboard-walled storage products... Worth noting, but by no means complaints: 1) It would be great to have extra felt dividers in case the plates/saucers are thinner & more than 12 could fit into each storage container. 2) I could find no matching box from this Manufacturer for storing large "Serving Platters" or "Bowls", etc. So I ordered a 2nd set & utilized the rectangular cup/mug box w/o the dividers to store our large platters & bowls... Of course, to fit more or deeper bowls & serving platters, their wine glass box (instead of the cup/mug box) may be better suited. 3) Related to item 1... Including Extra-large felt dividers to protect large serving bowls & platters for storage described in item 2 would have been top notch as well. But simply repurposing some small hand cloths and/or purchasing additional felt sheets & cutting custom sizes is simple enough. To summarize, I cannot realistically imagine a better China Storage solution than this product (especially for the price). Except for, perhaps, something indestructible enough (and thus far more costly) for you to kick your china down your stairs because you're too lazy to carry the storage boxes like a normal person... :-) But realistically, this china storage set has exceeded every expectation we had. The only thing I regret is not purchasing this set long ago, thus having to re-wash all the dishes each time we bring them out from storage... NOW, utilizing our china set for special occasions will no longer mean MORE prep work of washing 60+ pieces of dishware before using them... Now stop debating & order this set. Your china & holiday prep efficiency will both thank you!

This set is so nice! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The units came well packed with little guides to let the purchaser know where the felt dividers were. I had 3 different sets of china that I needed to put away. All the pieces fit in the appropriate container. The units are lightweight, but not flimsy. They look classy too. There was absolutely no odor or anything that was offputting when I opened the box. Super easy to unzip, insert plate, divider, next plate, and so on. I also had odd sized cups and mugs and the cup container held them all. It's a relief to have the china safely put away.
