ZOA+ Pre-Workout Drink

I am a 5 a.m. gym guy. I can’t do the pre-workout drinks that make your skin tingle. ZOA is the PERFECT pre-workout for the morning people who need that “wake-up energy” so they can crush their workout and accomplish their morning goals. They’re best ice cold and they taste amazing. Pineapple- coconut is my faze but…. I’m trying new favors too.

These are really good energy drinks! The taste is much better without having that energy drink taste that a lot may not like. There is one thing to be careful about. You should definitely have some paper towels, wipes or some kind of cleaning cloth. I say definitely because whenever you open one the fizz is coming right out the top. Even if you leave it alone for a while, and wait for it to settle; you may get it everywhere. I found out the hard way, and it was all over the place. Be careful and enjoy.

Love the flavors! But they’re just a normal energy drink, I don’t get the pre workout focus

I’ve tried many pre workout drinks. I never stuck with them because of flavor and caffeine jitters. I ordered the Blackberry Açaí , I was waiting for the bitter wang which comes after the first sip. I was happily surprised at the rich blackberry flavor. It was like a really good blackberry soda. Then, I got on my BowflMax trainer and did a twenty minute session like it was nothing. After; I did a session of strengthening . I felt really “up” and positive all morning. I’m overweight, and about to turn 60 in May. It is a bit pricey for me, but poor health and low self esteem is much more expensive in the long run. I see it as an investment in my health. It makes my workouts much more productive. Highly recommended ❤️

I feel a clean and non jittery energy from these Zoa and feel like I can do a lot more as if it is more than just an energy drink because it is. It helps to increase blood flow too so when you workout you can get that energy where you need it for those extra reps. No bad after effects either.
