This is worth buying. I live in a neighborhood where there’s a large population of homeless people and I needed to protect my investment from being stolen. I own several Bink security cameras and I was afraid it will get stolen once I install them outside of my house. This product gave me a piece of mind. It came complete including a special screwdriver. Installing it wasn’t hard and what I get out of this is a piece of mind. It fits perfectly over my Blink camera without obscuring the lense. I find the design and construction very sturdy and durable. I didn’t use the supplied screws because I wasn’t that concerned about it being stolen that severely. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to protect their camera from being stolen.

Awesome, worked great and study when screwed in with the togglebolts I bought. Had it almost a year and 0 issues. No one even touches it.

What if you want to hang a Blink camera right out in the open? I used the mount that came with the camera itself and then put this cage over it. It's in a low location on a fence, with bushes providing some limited cover while still ensuring a good view. An additional silicone cover slipped onto the camera before fitting the cage over it adds more waterproofing. These add-ons from Amazon really are game-changing. The non-standard screws make the cage more secure, and this is an easy install. I think it would fit easily over many small cameras. The settings in the Blink app make it possible to choose what to record and what to ignore, meaning that the batteries can be spared from too many activations where they are not needed (such as across the street.)

I purchased this cage and a plastic hood to help protect one of my cameras that’s out in the weather along the walkway. It’s the perfect size to cover my blink camera. I’m happy with my purchase

i am not enthused with this camera cage. it seems very light weight and not all that protective for preventing the theft or the destruction of my camera. the idea of the unique screw heads for security sake is a good thought but the screws are soft and they can be disconnected with any torx driver that fits. with the lightweight aspect of these camera protectors i would give them a 6 out of 10. the last thing is that of course the cage does block the camera to an extent. but this was the only one i saw on amazon. so honestly i am underwhelmed with this purchase.

The images showing the cage on a wall gives a misleading impression of what size it really is. I got this thinking it would fit one of my cameras by using images like the garage door scale of size as a reference if it would fit or not just for it to arrive as like half the size as expected.. it looks sturdy and easy to install but I now have no use for it. Def not worth the $100+ spent to buy them + shipping tho. Don’t use images as a reference their not really that big
