This is one of the best organic cane sugar there is on the market. The taste and granulation are perfections. My only gripe, and it's a significant one, is that it is TOO EXPENSIVE! It's also getting more elusive on the shelves too. So when forced to buy a lesser brand, in terms of price and store brand, it just doesn't compare to Wholesome Cane Sugar. But Wholesome may be pricing themselves out of the organic cane sugar market, losing customers to more affordable organic brands.
