Oil Filled Radiator, 2500W/2.5KW - 11 Fin - Portable Electric Heater, 3 Power Settings, Adjustable Temperature and Thermostat, Thermal Safety Cut off & 24 Hour Timer

The features on this 2.5Kw heater are good and I wanted one that had a timer so as not to worry about forgetting to turn it off. Whilst it worked this heater warms up quickly and has a heat good output. From the offset, it was noisy, as it heated up there were continuous clanging noises, like a small hammer tapping on a thin metal sheet, however as the heater wasn't within earshot that wasn't too much of an issue. The fault that made me return this oil heater and purchase another model was the fact that after only 3 weeks use the 24-hour timer stopped working.

The only reason I bought this was because it had a remote control. The remote control does not work. Far too difficult to return the item so stuck with it. Taken to the cleaners again by the suppliers of these cheap and nasty products.

Product arrived on time and well packaged and simple to set up. So far so good 👍 All instructions read and followed radiator then plugged in, the knobs twiddled accordingly and low and behold it worked. At this point things went pear shaped. Left running for approx 45 mins and returned to check how warm the room was. Unfortunately the temperature hadn't changed and the radiator had STOPPED WORKING!!!! After some more knob twiddling and swearing the radiator would not start again. I'm not surprised the price had been dropped, I paid about £67 for something that worked for less than 45 minutes. Not really a bargain after all.

Good heater as far as it goes. Seemed efficient. The thermostat kept giving off a clicking noise which was a bit annoying. Just stopped working after around 2 weeks. I only used the lowest setting. I'm in the process of returning it which is a hassle I don't need. Perhaps I was just unlucky getting a duff one but I'm without a heater and looking for a big box to send this back. So it's 1 star from me

This radiator has been very very noisy for few days now. I thought it would calm down with time but it simply does not seem to stop. When it clicks to indicate that it turned on, it starts this crackling sound but also when it's off. I have no idea why. We can't keep it anymore. I have ordered it to be returned.

I wanted this to heat a cold room during cheap overnight electricity. It does not have a "24Hr Timer". It is a delayed start within 24Hrs, and then you can only set the delayed finish once on, meaning I would have to get up at 3am to set the end time. It does not remember these settings so they would need to be done every day/night. Again, its not a 24Hr Timer, its simply a delayed start!

24hr timer description is extremely misleading. You can’t set times for it to come on or off on repeat. Just a countdown timer for it turn on or off. This means the two heaters I bought were not fit for purpose as they were required to come on on a timer every day in a set and forger manner.

I bought this radiator thinking I could put timers on it, however this is not the case there is not even a clock timer? Unless you just want to use it manually it is no good I could not even set the temperature as every time it went into standby the lower temperature just replaced it.hope this review is helpful to others.
