It's ok
Unfortunately, I don't love it. I absolutely love the original 4711... I could swim in it! I thought I would try this too and it's fine... it's just ok. It's missing the je ne sais quoi of the original neroli scent.

Does not smell like neroli
First impression upon spraying was... Oh no, it's not neroli! All I got was a bittersweet mandarin-ish orangey woody scent... After half an hour I could detect some neroli, but still overpowered by mandarin. As it faded, the fragrance kept the unpleasant bittersweet note. Thank goodness it didn't last long on my skin! After an hour it was all gone. I wish I bought the lavender version every other reviewer is raving so much about...

Feminine and floral but not as fresh as I expected
I love the freshness of the original 4711 but wanted to try something a little different. This is much more feminine and floral. It's very sweet, I would describe it as a young person's fragrance. It also lasts much longer than the original fragrance. It's nice for a change, especially in summer, but nothing can beat the original.

It's delightful. Wears well throughout the day. Not overwhelming, even when first applied, and as someone with sensitive skin, it doesn't bother me a bit.

Its nice and fruity if you like fruity fragrances. Much stronger than the Lavender Remix which is lighter and very nice but doesnt seem to last too long. This one seems to linger longer. Im going to mix the two and see whats that like !! I still think the original 4711 eau de cologne is the best !
