Love the style! Feet are tiny so could be knocked over easily. One hinge was missing a pin so we had to rig it to make it work. Keep in mind the size length is when it is stretched out. You will want it the sides to angle back. I didn’t think about that. So, it barely covers my fire box. Looks pretty though!

The screen was eye catching and required zero assembly. Not heavy but heavy enough. I loved how it updated the room instantly. Great for the money in that it makes a statement for low cost and does what is required to ...protect.

I prefer not to give it any stars at all. The screen appears to be polished brass or a bright gold-toned metal. Actually, it's a dull gray metal sparsely sprayed with a dark goldish paint. There are bubbles or similar flaws under the paint. I really can't use this in any room in my house. If it can't be returned I will throw it away.

I really wanted to like this fireplace screen. I really like the design and pattern; however, it is poorly made. It was not good quality, and the color looked like a poorly done spray paint job.

Bit of a mixed review. The screen itself is sturdy and the design is very cool to look at! Our house is all mid-century modern, and it fits right in. We read the reviews before buying and most people complained about the poor paint job. They are correct. It was awful! But we knew we would be okay painting it because we loved the design so much. It looks like it is silver underneath with a gold color coating on top. But it's all mixed and it a horrible paint job. However, (remember I said mixed review?) for us it works, as we like our things to look old and used, as though it came straight from the 50's or 60's. So we love it as is, but for someone looking for a nice finish, this isn't it.

Happy with my purchase and would buy again. Manufacturing quality is acceptable but I wouldn't boast to guests of its superior quality. High value product when compared to others.
