I deal with degenerative arthritis in my spine,clavicle and Vitamin D deficiency hereditary so I go through it. Aches, pains,always worrying about falling because I can break something so easily. I really liked that it was just the calcium without D in it, as I don't want to take too much D. However about 15% of the pills were broken in half when the bottle arrived. Not a deal breaker, but not great either. I am going to try another bottle when this runs out to see if it was just a fluke.
