I have a sphynx cat who LOVES anything that could keep him warm. He loves sitting around in the window of our sliding glass door and soaking up the sunlight while rolling around on the carpet. This bed was a no brainer for us and he loves it! Even our fluffy cat uses it from time to time.The only issue I have with it is, it is a little crunchy which can be a bit grating at times but other than that, this bed is well worth the price!

My cat spends days outside so I wanted to put this mat out on the porch for him. I started by using it inside to see if he would even like it. My cat loves this mat, it gets much warmer than just sleeping on the sofa. Very pleased with this and will be putting it out for him as the days get colder.

I feed a stray cat outside who can’t come in because my cat has a communicable disease. As soon as I saw temps hovering in the 30s, I knew I had to get him a house and a self-heating blanket. This one is vastly improved over what was available just a few years ago. Best of all, while I was assembling the house outside on a less cold day, I lay the mat on the bench, and “Wally” immediately jumped up and fell fast asleep. He has never gone on the bench before. This worked out great because when I finished assembling the house, he couldn’t wait to go outside. It’s soft, warm, and machine washable. I got the largest size so it would insulate and heat the wall also. Don’t waste hours reviewing like I did, just buy this one.

I purchased this as a comfortable pad for an outdoor cat to sleep on, placing it into a constructed wooden outdoor cat house. The pad is very nice. Love the removable outer cover, so we can wash it as needed. The pad is very soft, but there are slightly crinkly pieces of what look like foil on the inside of the actual inside pad. It's not too crinkly, and does not make a lot of noise, but I wonder if the outdoor cat will be repelled by any noise whatsoever. Otherwise, the pad is soft, appears to be quite warm, and we're hoping for the best.

My house is very cold it costs too much to use the heater my cat really likes to sleep on this mat it gets toasty warm and I don't have to worry about her sleeping on something electrical

I have four cats and have bought four of these beds. They absolutely love them. I have never had all of them like the same thing. They do keep them warmer and it is comfortable padding fot them.

This bedding was a good size for my older large (15+ year old) cat. The quality is good but my cat does not use it as often. Maybe he’s picky but I still have it just in case.
