Capsules are crushed and misshaped. They either fall through the machine slot or don’t get punctured and get stuck.

Bought almost a week ago and didn't arrive yet, made it clear of office timings and still the intelligence level is extremely low Need a refund but don't have the option Extremely bad service by amazon, never ordering from here again.

نكهتها قوية مناسبة لعشاق القهوة المره لكن بعد إضافة الحليب المبخر، المبخر وليس السائل، صارت النكهة مررره لذيذة وشهية خاصة مع الكراميل صارت رهيبة النكهة موجوده بس بدون مراره أتمنى لو سعرها أقل
