Product quality is good..but packing is not when we recd it matl was comming out. Packing needs improvement

Did not form cream. Despite several attempts. Everything was right with the process,, I've used cold milk, and even put blender in freezer.. But still cream does not form stiff peaks. It's more liquid at room temperature.. Becomes like vanilla ice cream in fridge. Do not buy
