Stays Cold For A LONG time
I used it for 15-20 minutes and it was able to stay cold. I set it down and forgot about it for atleast 2 to 3 hrs and when I found it again it was still cool to the touch

Helps with my puffiness
I use this daily on my face in the morning. It feels so good after a long night of sleep when my face is puffy in the morning. I let it sit out for about 5 mins before using it on my face and the I use it for about 5-10 minutes. It’s a great addition to my skincare.

It’s okay for self care
I noticed minimum improvements to the puffiness and wrinkles. I will say my face is softer after use. Even with the minimal improvements it’s still a good value for the money for self care. The roller is a good size and is easy to roll around my entire face. After a couple uses the white end cap popped out in the freezer. I didn’t think anything at first because it still went into the handle but after it went back to room temperature the stuff from inside the roller( a little ball) came out. I was able to put the end cap back in and after the next freeze it stayed in place.

I’ve been looking into a face roller that can be frozen to give an ice massage. I was unsure what the inside of the roller was made of. The plastic feels light but I froze the roller. It was easy to take off the handle and reapply it. The roller stayed frozen for over 45 minutes! It leaves my skin so soft, calm and healthy looking. Tip: Roll the roller in one direction each time. If you move it back and forth - it will cause it to squeak. I’m so glad I invested in one of these. I may be back to get another for my daughter. Perfect for women who get hot flushes and headaches! I highly recommend this product. I wish I bought one sooner.
