It’s a wonderful product, obviously more expensive than American stuff, but not horribly so, and again, they’re not interchangeable in recipes. The flour arrived quite quickly and well packaged and is of excellent quality. (Obviously I had to make one of my Nan’s recipes as soon as it arrived, just to make sure. The result; Heaven!) Review: Damaged Goods - This overly expensive flour arrived damaged. There was a hole in the bottom of the container. It's a mess and completely unusable and unsanitary. Why can't people who pack items in a shipping box use their brains and check products for damage. Careless people cost desertcart money.

Damaged Goods
This overly expensive flour arrived damaged. There was a hole in the bottom of the container. It's a mess and completely unusable and unsanitary. Why can't people who pack items in a shipping box use their brains and check products for damage. Careless people cost Amazon money.

Excellent self-raising flour
My Homepride self-raising flour arrived as advertised, which was much quicker than other British flours. I've baked with it once, and the Irish tea bread came out beautifully. I'm very pleased with Homepride's self-raising flour.

Perfect for British baking
If you brought your recipe books out from England, as I did then this is the easy way to keep yourself stocked with Self Raising Flour.

Flour everywhere
Product arrived with flour pouring out of the box. There was no base on the container. Apparently this is non returnable and I cannot get a refund. Buyer beware. Appalling service.

Damaged no refund policy or option
Love the flour. Use it all the time. But at $20.00 US it should be packaged to arrive intact. Half the box has leaked out and not usable.

Rip off price for a paper bag of flour when advertised and pictured as a cardboard container with a resealable plastic lid. And now, it seems, the product isn't 'eligible' for return or refund. Don't fall for the intentionally dishonest description - presumably devised to justify such an extortionate price.

Always good quality, never fails in baking. Worth the extra as the packaging allows it to be stored easily.

Normal -lain flour purchased before this became a difficult item to get hold of in shops

The 1kg of flour was in paper packaging not the plastic tub as expected and should not be priced at £9.99
