It dissolves quite well. I usually give it one more stir before drinking it. It has no taste, and doesn’t thicken the water. It possibly gives the water a slightly light beige color, but nothing noticeable . I drink it first thing in the morning and it keeps my gut healthy.

I ordered this to supplement my fiber intake. There’s no strong flavor and it blends well in liquid. I add it to flavored water. Using the inexpensive milk frothing-type blender works great to mix it.

I've been taking this type of fiber for years, but I had run out of my usual brand. Thought I would give this a try. Big mistake! It tastes terrible. Usually I can choke something down if I think it's good for me, but I couldn't do that with this. It's bitter and gross and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

By far the best natural fiber I’ve ever used. Blends best in hot beverage and absolutely can not tell it’s even there!!
