I am absolutely in love with this pancake pan! It works wonderfully on my induction stove, which is a huge plus for me. The flat surface makes it perfect for making chapatis, and the edges help me get them into the perfect round shape, just like my mom likes them. What I really appreciate is that the bottom of the pan has a silver coating, which helps prevent burning and ensures an even cook every time. It’s become my go-to pan for not only pancakes but also for making perfect chapatis with ease. This pan has really made cooking a lot easier, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone with an induction stove or for anyone looking to make perfectly shaped chapatis!

There is nothing to dislike about these pans, the heat conduction is brilliant so can turn it down lower for nice even cooking. I like the lids always helpful fit tightly and allow to cook on an even lower heat again. I have several of these pans, my son used them while he was at home and loved them. Now he’s moved out I’m buying this large lidded pan for him as I know he will appreciate it. Also not too heavy, and a dream to clean.

Nice and decent size. Good for medium size chapatis. Material is quite heavy so takes a little more time to warm up on induction stove. Would work wonders on a gas stove. I wish they had it in bigger size . Giving 4 star because of size i needed

This pan was a great improvement on a previous one that I bought that scratched within minutes of proper use. This skillet is so sturdy, good strong handle, with a quality finish and it cooks food nice and evenly on a lower heat than traditional frying pans. It's so easy to clean and I feel like the finish locks in the flavours more with no horrible smoking as with some other pans. Really pleased with this purchase and it also looks stylish in your kitchen.

I was a bit dubious about buying a non stick pan online. I usually like to inspect them IRL. But no regrets here. Great pan. Not telfon so no worries about scratching and flaking. Absolutely non stick. I'm letting it cool before washing after use as I think this increases longevity. Brilliant pan. And just the right size. Nice lid too.

Initially thrilled by the quality and keen to get first pancakes made. I wasn't disappointed. Heat distribution across the surface was great, non-stick surface worked a treat and the weight and balance is great. Easy to clean too. I've no reason to suspect this shouldn't give years of pancake making ahead. Whether it will warp and distort over time as other skillets have done, time will tell.

This is now my all round frying pan, low side, so easy to flip anything. makes a great omlete

This pan is an excellent size for omelettes or frying 4 eggs. The big bonus is that it comes with a lid, so no fat splashing when you cook bacon or sausages.

This is my first time using a granite non stick cookware. I've used the pan several times now and feel that the granite non stick coating seems more hardy than other teflon (PTFE) coated cookware.
