Found Very Effective for Calming and Relaxing.
Bought for my 90 y.o. Mother to help calm her anxieties during the day and she Loves the Taste and it's Relaxing Affects on her day. Also purchased for a Friend and it has Helped on Her Falling Sleeping more quickly at night. Very Effective for Calming and Relaxing.

Very good tea, love having this after dinner every night

Pretty good tea
A lot of tea for the price. Bigelow has always tasted good in my opinion. I've had better tasting chamomile mint from a Meijer brand in Michigan, however, it's still soothing. I would say the chamomile overpowers the mint a bit.
