Used it on a Nissan Frontier. Works ok dues to the quirky tailgate design on these trucks. Keeps bed drier than not having this on it, Some water still gets in but not really a design of this product that is the problem.

Instructions were fairly straightforward. Also used the manufacturer’s online instructions to insure proper installation. Overall good experience.

Needed and used this to close the gap/ opening on my tailgate and it works just great after I got done moving them around to make sure there were no gaps to see into the bed of my truck, after that no more water or snow into the bed.

Not a great fit for a colorado. I only need it for the sides since I have a cover. Had to apply a small piece at the top to fill the gap. Likely not the fault of the seal just a weird tailgate on the Colorado's. Not sure how good it will stick. Fingers crossed.

I ordered two and was happy I did. It took more than on to seal my Silverado. Easy to install.

A relatively good product but I did run into a little bit of an issue during the installation. The instructions are fine but the illustrations are not very exact as to the placement of the product. I felt like I installed it exactly like it is pictured in the instructions but I ended up with a quarter inch gap between the weatherstrip and the tailgate. Once it’s stuck to the metal it doesn’t easily come off and it gets ruined taking it off. I did have a considerable amount left over on my Toyota Tacoma and I would suggest cutting off a short piece and testing the placement before you install the full length of the amount you need.

Installed this on the edge of the GMC truck bed instead of the tailgate. So far it is holding up fine. I previously installed a seal on tailgate and after a year or so of open/close of the tailgate the seal rolled completely off the tailgate. Update: This seal has been installed several months and it working perfectly. Much better than the type that mounts on the tailgate itself.

After a thorough cleaning with an alcohol pad, It stuck very well and keeps the dirt out, also makes sweeping out the back end easy without having the dirt land on the bumper. Very salified

Fairly simple to install. Helps sealing my 2019 Silverado tailgate gaps tight. Good quality material. Please holding on strong for the last six months so far.

They even include the little alcohol wipes to clean the tailgate and make sure you get great adhesion. Only suggestion, instructions could be a little clearer. On my 2021 Ram 2500 I could actually install the strip as one continuous piece by running the glue strip under the two rubber tailgate stoppers. Didn't figure that out till I had done the first side as three pieces. Lucky, I had just enough to redo that side. Only time will tell how long the adhesive sticks for but so far I am very impressed.
