We upgraded from Motorola's MC9090s (reliable old beasts we had for years / windows mobile) to Android Scanners. The cost to upgrade to Motorola Androids was very steep. The option? The best Amazon scanner you can find. We dabbed on tablets from other manufacturer and they were rugged, integrated scanner, decent camera, but were bulky, slooow and the scanner will give consistent misreads. We tested 1 from Munbyn and sure enough, the scanner did the job. Bought a second to make sure it was consistent and it is consistent, they are fast. We bought 10 more. We have receiving personnel and order pickers using them on one shift. They come with a charger, but to make sure they are charged when not in use and to safeguard the charging port, we bought magnetic charging cables and multi charging cradles (from other vendor), they come with a protector for the screen, but we also bought the protective case. Tech support? They have email tech support but Whatsapp tech support is your best bet. we have used it twice, expect a delay of hours because their customer support is in China so working hours are 12 hours apart or so (expect 10 PM or 4 AM Whatsapp messages), since the devices work, our questions were about guidance to make small changes, nothing major, so waiting a few hours was no big deal. As with most things on Amazon, if you need multiple units, test one thoroughly so you can buy with confidence.

In general we love MUNBYN for their affordable good products however most recently we bought several scanners and they all have some sort of software issue causing the barcode scanner to stop working randomly forcing us to restart. They are also slower to process excel files than some of our 3 year old scanners from previous MUNBYN models. Hopefully customer service can help us fix the scanners since we bought 10 of them!

We have been purchasing Munbyn scanners for our warehouse for over a year now. We just recently upgraded our existing units with these new Android 11 scanners to use for pick and pack related work. The processing speed is very quick; it's like using a new phone that has a built in barcode scanning device at the top. It's also very light and has a strap at the back to prevent dropping the device. If you are a small to medium sized warehouse and use browser based SAAS, this device works.

Personally I purchased it for the scanner applications, I didn't realize it also doubled as a phone. I haven't finished testing it yet, but some things that I have noticed so far. If you choose to use it as a phone, the picture in the manual for how to install the sim card is wrong, it is flipped around for some reason, and I am sure it caused many people issues with not getting the device set up as a phone, also the sim card was a bit difficult to install because the cut out for the card has a poor design. Again if you are trying to use it as a phone and the sim card is not registering in the device, try flipping it (contacts up and cut out in lower right hand side).

We have been using these scanners for years and love them. We recently upgraded to the new slimmer version and our team is very impressed. We sell women's clothing online and these scanners scan really well through all types of bags. Highly recommend Munbyn and their support team is very responsive and helpful. We now have over 15 scanners and will continue to buy more as our team grows.

We added a WMS to our process and needed mobile computers with scanners for our ship and pick software. This device is great!! We tested it against the Zebra TC21 and found this to be way better! Consider they are essentially the same price, this won by a mile. Great battery life. Great scanner. The android technology is up to date and smooth when interacting. Highly recommend! Current we have 2 and planning to add atleast 2 more to our operation.

I have been trying to get this android scanner phone to work for over 2 weeks now. I wasted $65 on a brand new AT&T prepaid phone plan. AT&T has done everything to try to get this phone to work but it will not Register on AT&T's service. I have been back-and-forth in emails with this company's customer service and they have been 0 help. How are you gonna charge someone almost $600 for a phone and not know how to assist them in getting your product to work? I asked them to send me a replacement or let me send my phone back to them for a replacement and still have not received an answer after a week. I am very disappointed with this company. All the money that I've wasted. And all the time that I've wasted trying to get this thing to work. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I needed this android scanner to work for my company. And here I am 2 weeks later, With a phone that still does not work, no customer service, no guidance, wasted all of my money, And my business's inventory tracking system is still on hold.

Started using inFlow for inventory management and this thing works flawless, can use it to print shipping labels wirelessly. Easy to use app interface as well. Also acts as a warehouse phone as it can take a SIM card. You can also have multiple profiles on it so each employee can log into their own account. Definitely recommend this.
