Ive been taking 4 of these for about 6 weeks. It seems to help me sleep more deeply, but Im not entirely sure because I take several other herbal sleep remedies along with it.

I'm breastfeeding, well attempting... Milk supply low. Everyone kept saying drink a beer, but I'm unable too due to health issues. Tried this before bed, woke up with more then I had ever... So odd reason to use but definitely helped me, and it does seem to help with calming down before bed too.. double plus!

I didn't feel much from this herb. Had a hard time falling asleep and so did my friend. Waste of money. Still on the search for something that can turn off an agitated brain.

It was deliverned un broken, within 5 days. Can't say if it really helps me sleep or not. Did not seem to be messed up in any way.
