Would definitely recommend.
Bought this because I no longer have a Wii U and I wanted a sensor bar for Dolphin. I was shocked. Came in a barely taped together plastic bag. USB cable isn't that long and feels thin and fragile, but the thing works perfectly using my TV's USB port. It comes with a little plastic stand that also has some type of adhesive under it for attaching to a surface. It holds on top of my glossy TV. It seems accurate and works well with no issues from my short period of testing. Would definitely recommend.

Shoddy plastic elevation mechanism, otherwise excellent
The plastic 'U' that elevates the bar to the necessary height above the monitor is needlessly shoddy, and taking the thing off the monitor is nary impossible thanks to the strength of the tape. Some kind of sliding mechanism would be nice for temporary removal of the bar, or a clamp, or even a stronger elevation mechanism. Other than this, this device carries some advantages over the competition: it is USB powered, and I can confirm, it works for dolphin emulator! Good little gadget. Very long USB cable. (Very!) and though worryingly thin, it seemingly hasn't broken yet. One can verify the device is working by seeing it through a phone camera's viewfinder. The invisible light it emits is (barely) visible to the phone camera, and should look sort of purple.

Works great!
Allows me to put the sensor bar at the TV, and plugged into the USB, and allow the Wii console to be in a different location.

Works Perfectly
This is a great USB sensor bar. It works well, the range is good, and the lights are bright and functional. It remains to be seen if this will be true into the future, but it works very well. This sensor bar has 3 lights per side, as the newer Nintendo sensor bars do. I noticed no differences in pointer accuracy with it in comparison.

Works!
I live in a household where the TV shares a Wii and a Wii U. We wanted to find a way to remove one of the sensor bars to reduce clutter around the TV. This plugs into the TV's USB port and turns on whenever the TV is on. Remotes track well. No problems so far and have been using it for about 8 months now.

Only lasted less than 24 hours.
When I received the sensor bar and it was good. But in less than 24 hours it stopped working. it was connected through USB to my laptop, and the next day the right Infrared leds simply stopped working (checked this with a phone camera) And sending the item back will be more expensive to me than getting the refund. (I live outside US)

Works but was broken
While it works, the construction was a little shorty, there was a crack on the bottom of the bar and the stand itself was broken almost in half. The wire seems very delicate so be careful. I have this on a usb hub that I can turn on with a button so I do not burn out the or bulbs, I would recommend a solution similar.

Using With Touchmote On Windows 11
Using this with Touchmote (app to allow the Wiimote to function as a mouse / touch device) on Windows 11 as of November 2024. Since these types of sensor bars are just powered infrared leds, you still need to pair the Wiimote to the PC (via bluetooth). My computer had bluetooth so pairing the Wiimote wasn't a problem -- except until I used Touchmote software nothing was happening after I paired. Wanted to use this for light gun games and still have some things to figure out there with configuration, but surprisingly, even as a pointing device, the Wiimote seems pretty accurate with this sensor bar. I was opening and minimizing windows and able to click on small things. Pretty cool. Like many others, the plastic stand came broken -- despite hoping I'd somehow get lucky and escape that fate! It's no wonder though, it shipped in a standard Amazon bubble envelope inside a clear plastic bag and the stand was already attached to the sensor bar. Oh well. The sensor bar has 3x leds on each side. Overall very happy so far. Will update the review if I have any issues (like leds going out).

Its a bit more sensitive than the original one, but it works perfectly with dolphin emulator just plug it and run dolphin like you always do, And a quick tip step back from the sensor bar to reduce the sensitivity.

Works as intended. Can’t complain. Frankly there is nothing more to really say as it has the same look and feel and what appears to be latency as the OEM Wii Sensor bar. Good product
