I wear between a 7 3/4 or a size 8 hat. I ordered the Extra large and found it to fit perfectly. I wore it all winter with the included ear muffs in temps ranging from sub 0 to over 35 degrees Fahrenheit. I was always warm and comfortable. When the temps reached above 35 near the end of the season I snapped out the liner (which takes 10 seconds) and kept on going. I did take a pretty nasty fall on a double black over a patch of hidden ice, and I'm sure if I hadn't had this helmet on it would have ended my day if not seriously injured me. As it was I was able to shake it off and keep going. For the price, considering similar helmets sell at the sports store for upwards of $100, this can't be beat.

Casco comodo, leggero e ventilato: insomma ben fatto. Cercavo un casco che oltre ad essere leggero avesse anche l'imbottitura morbida, siccome porto le protesi acustiche (impianti cocleari). Riesco a indossarli senza problemi con un sottocasco, consiglio in caso l'acquisto di una taglia più grande e poi lo registrate con la rotella posteriore. Il colore opaco è davvero molto bello.
