Good Sugar Control Tea
This tea formulation seems to work well and the taste is palatable. There is a slight celery overtone but not to the point to where it's off-putting. Generally effective for sugar control as evidenced by my own numbers. Strongly recommend 8 to 10oz. in the AM and the same in the evening. Can be prepared hot and cold. Sweeten with Monk fruit extract.

Really works and I hope it keeps me off Metformin
This tea really works. It lowers my blood glucose levels after drinking this. I use 2 tea bags per cup. I verified by taking my glucose level.
