I am very satisfied with the custom cables I bought from J Bryant Fitness to replace some worn out cables on my second-hand weider pro 9635. I initially placed an order for custom cables selecting options that fit what I needed as closely as possible, then after placing my order I received a very helpful followup from the seller where I was able to request some alterations to my initial order to customize the cables exactly the way I needed them. The communication was fast, polite, and very helpful. Upon receiving the cables I inspected them and found the quality to be excellent, with the length and attachments being precisely what I had requested. After installation on my machine, my wife and I used the equipment for a week to observe the performance and the cables have held up well; no stretching, breaking, or fraying. They glide smoothly through the pully system and have brought out machine back to life. I am especially happy that the cost was much more reasonable than buying replacement cables from the manufacturer of the equipment as they were charging nearly $100 per cable and I was able to get my four custom cables from here for under $200 total. Fantastic value for the money!

Update: after using these cables for a while now they are still holding and going strong. Very please with my purchase. Worked perfect for my Weider 565 rack. Original cables are no longer available so I purchased the 157” cables and cut them to length. I crimped the eyelet ends on but you can also use the hardware that’s included. Machine is working smooth again. Easy to install. Great value for the money. Seem like they will last a long time.

This is the cheapest total gym cable in Amazon. I just wanted to give it a try. I have been using it for two weeks and so far everything is okay. Fit is good and length is also perfect. I do not know how long it will hold up, but I will update.

Good replacement for a frayed cable on my old weight machine (Lifestyler System 40). Slightly thinner than the old cable but has no problem with the weight.

This cable I special ordered is for my Schwinn 780i strength system. I custom ordered 171 inch cable and that included the threaded end and the stopper ball end. It’s important you measure the total length not just the cable. Shipping was considerably fast considering it came from China. It arrived in 14 days. Installed it yesterday and I’m back up and running. PERFECT fit. The thickness of the cable is the exact same as what I had, the stopper ball is larger than the original. But that actually works better because now it actually stops. Before the stopper ball would go up into the pulley. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you have an older system and you need an exact fit cable. Yes you’re going to pay a little bit more, but you won’t have to use any clamps on your cables. As long as you know how to use a tape measure it will fit. Within a couple hours of ordering the cable the seller will contact you via email to find out if this is the exact size that you need. I kinda like that they contacted me to double check my size because there is no return on this product. To make things easier on myself I ran a yellow nylon rope through my pulley system so I could attach the new cable to that and pull it through my system. I had to run it through nine different pulleys and take each one out so that the cable would fit through. Having the rope as my guide wire it was easy so I didn’t screw up the direction of the new cable. I included pictures of the different size stopper ball, The length of cable and my system with the yellow rope. My system was manufactured in 1997. I will definitely use this company again if I have a cable that snaps. Customize 171” - Type B

I've got an older Weider weight machine that finally snapped one of the main cables. I could not find a replacement anywhere in town. One outfit that fixes machines for local gyms said they could come to my house and fix it for around 240.00. I thought I was going to have to trash my machine ( that was working well until the cable break). This Bryant cable was the solution to the problem. It took about 45 minutes to rig it up and secure the cable. Now the machine is working again. I had about 2 ' of excess cable that I coiled up at the rear of the machine. Bryant Fitness saved my machine and will give it another 20 years of life. Thanks Bryant.
