Is there a flood light fixture which will mount on this convert?

Why would you use this to mount a flood light? The pot light that you are converting with this kit could be used as a flood light by just putting in a flood bulb, no?

What is the outside dimension of the white medallion? New Box says it is 6". Previous box we purchased says 8"...?

When i install it. Yhe metal plat and medallion is not snug fit. Keeps on moving.

Mine was fine. Depending on the depth of the housing it is screwed to it may need spacers. Just a guess

I moved into a brand new house, but the problem is there are downlights every where and i wanted to hang a chandlier will this be able to do the job?

Kit is adjustable and Fits 4” to 6”. The description states “Hang any pendant or other light fixture of 50 pounds or less where recessed lighting is currently used in your home”. So check the weight of your chandelier is less than 50 pounds. Secondly, This converter Kit works with existing recessed cans that use medium base PAR16, R16, A19, R20, PAR20, BR25, BR30, R30, PAR30, BR38, PAR38, BR40 or R40 light bulbs and is suitable for damp locations” I have Par 16 with the medium base screw in socket for incandescent bulbs. I used mine for Pandents for over my kitchen raised counter. Total weight 4 pounds per fixture. If you have the newer new construction style LED IC Cans they will have electrical quick connects instead of screw in medium base. If your not sure you can contact your builder to identify the model of IC cans they installed. Good luck!
