I'm a 330lb woman so I proceed with caution for all my "plus sized" products. The 3x fit well. I just needed to pull it. I was worried about all the rumors of the Velcro (Mine was great) but I think some misunderstood or some got a malfunctioning one that had every right to be replaced. The Velcro comes with a protective cover to be peeled off and chucked aside. The Velcro sticks to the band itself. VERY powerfully. Pretty sure I could put the band on a ceiling, attach the Velcro to some shoes and hang upsidedown from it. The first time I tried to take it off I was sure I was trapped as a sushi roll for the rest of my life. Had to wiggle my fingers between it carefully to get free. It gets less hardcore with a few wears but still sturdy. I had a ruptured appendix removed but after infection my healing process took a long while. My jiggly belly made the stitches pull a little harder and it still hurt when I got up to walk even on week 3. This wrapped my belly just enough to compress my belly, prevent the belly jigglies and walk a little easier. Bend a little easier and ride in a car going over pot holes easier. It isn't stiff enough to be a back brace nor a sports belly shaper. But for some compression and belly support. It works very nicely.

The quality is great and fit well. They support my stomach and are comfortable to wear.

Put it on. My husband couldn't get it off, velcro way to strong. Frayed the product. Will not try again.

Perfectly comfortable to wear when walking, sitting and bending. The top and bottom edges are soft and not at all irritating. It stayed in place: it did not ride up or slide down. It wrinkled a bit horizontally over the course of the day. It gave me amazing relief from my orthostatic hypotension: my blood pressure otherwise falls when I stand up. Two studies show that abdominal binders keep the blood from pooling in the legs, so they help maintain blood pressure better than support hose/compression socks. I only wear it when I'm standing; never when I'm lying down. It gave me the compression that I needed, and I don't need it to give me a feeling of support. XL is a perfect fit for me: 30" waist, 40" hips. Lots of overlap so I could pull it tight. The fabric is damaged every time the velcro is pulled away from it, so I don't expect it to last as long as I'd like. I wish it had "loop" tape for the "hooks" to stick to instead. I expect to remove the hook tape and replace it with a row of corset hooks, and sew on a few rows of corset eyes. That will also be easier to manage than the long strip of hook tape. I like that the corners of the edge with the hook tape are folded to form an angle so they don't poke into me.

After my robotic surgery I needed something to give me support when getting up or setting down. I do recommend this product way little concern about the review of the Velcro but I am glad to report that it is so strong that I had to pull it out little by little. I order it a little big because was concerned to be small, better bigger than small since one can be creative and make it smaller. I Got a 4 level one picture Is acquired goes from under your breast till your hip. I am 5’2”.

It fits well just the right amount of support but something needs to change with that Velcro for anybody that’s going to need this after a surgery. You won’t be able to take the Velcro off yourself. The Velcro is ridiculously strong. It’ll take two people just to get it off and then by the time you get it off, it’s ruined the binder and the binder is starting to fall apart. I put it on one time it took me and my daughter both to take it off and where the Velcro stuck to the binder it just wore all the material. I’m guessing after two or three times of trying to use this it’s gonna be useless.

This was suggested to buy after my hysterectomy. It works perfect for the support. I was in so much pain before I finally bought this. After purchasing and wrapping my belly the pain was less, and I felt more supported. Its washable, fits great and stretches just the amount you need to wrap around the belly. This is not a waist trainer. I ordered the 4-panel 2XL

support is not there. size is all wrong. I should have down sized by 2 sizes.
