Another Japanese masterpiece that most people should buy. It's easy to use and you don't need to buy anymore metal clips for your traditional staplers. It's lightweight so you can carry it to almost everywhere to keep it close. It also has a small loop you can put a string through. Also, it doesn't make any paper scraps after using it so pretty neat.

Works well at 5 sheet of paper. Well made and compact.Don't Stapler more than 5 sheets or it will get jammed. And it will leave a hole of about 4or 5mm wide.

I am one of those who have fear of metal staples. Yes, we do exist. Anyways, the first time I saw this at Little Tokyo bookstore, I just paid for my stuff and just before the cashier handed me my receipts she did something magical - she stapled them together without staples. My jaw dropped but left without asking where to buy it from. I took the train home and was just staring at the hole the magical stapler made. With fear overcame, I searched staple-less stapler here on Amazon and found Kokuyo. Life has been awesome since!

just ok, good for what it is. Keeps papers together but a flimsy attachment

Works well and makes these awesome arrow holes in the paper which actually staples the papers together without staples! I can’t even believe it! No more pesky staples. This thing was so cheap as well only 6-7 dollars I think. Only issue I have with this is it can’t staple together more then 5 papers. The way this thing works is that it pushes this lever like thing through this arrow mold then it folds the paper into itself to hold the paper together but due to that there is a problem. When you have to much paper it might make the hole for the arrow shap but the part where the paper fold itself in might break off leaving just a arrow shaped hole and it not being staples… so this product is good for small amounts of paper like 2-4 max. As long as you don’t mind the stylish arrow shaped hole this product is 5/5

Sadly, this is not at all what I was hoping for. The construction is good but it can't fit more than three pieces of paper at a time. The paper can get stuck in the stapler and may tear. The "staple" does not hold the pages together very well which means lost, crumpled and torn pages. The exact opposite of why I purchased it. I spent time reading the reviews and got this one for the price point thinking a stapler is a stapler..... Which is not the case.

My students love this stapler and have changed the name to the “arrow maker” since the folding process makes a small arrow to bind the pages. I love the portability and the ability to just throw it in my bag without adding a lot of weight or bulkiness.
