Excellent item easy to install and connection speed acceptable!. It has breathed new life on an older PC Tower of mine! Stable operation no drop outs. Well worth the outlay.

For the price I paid this little Bluetooth dongle is excellent, it works well having super low latency connected to my ps4 controller, not only that, it easily handles multiple devices without problem, I can use my wireless headphones and controller no issues or lag. I bought the TP-Link UB5A Nano Bluetooth Adapter to use with my desktop PC, and it’s been completely smooth from setup to daily use. Windows picked it up instantly, no driver issues, no faff, and within minutes I was connected to my headphones. The connection has stayed solid, even a few metres away, and I haven’t had any random dropouts or lag. It’s tiny, so it doesn’t get in the way, and it feels well made compared to cheaper adapters I’ve tried in the past. Ethernet cable worked ok, but i don't want a 10 metre cable winding around the room and across a doorway (the Pc is on the other side of the room from the router and theres no suitable place for the computer table nearby unfortunately) . So I bought this . I didnt install the cd drivers it plug and played straight away . It worked ok for 2 -3 days but then stopped. I spent many hours doing all the usual checks ie drivers , altering pc settings, uninstalling, re-installing, using different usb slot, rebooting router and many many other settings etc etc etc. In the end I suspect that a cable had wrapped around it or the pc tower was too close to the table leg which nudged it ,or something, as the usb part was ever so slightly bent. The price was good (£11) , it did work hence 3 stars, but its very fragile so if there is any clutter or any chance anything of anything touching it behind your pc tower, then i don't recommend it. Definitely do not buy it for a laptop, where it will get knocked about, as gentle as you would try to be! The swivel 180 degree is good.

Does exactly what it supposed to do, great product for a great price

Raspberry Pi in my audio setup. Quite well hidden, isn't it? The board is connected to the audio interface, with MoodeAudio installed. I used a Bluetooth connection with my phone acting as the audio source. While the embedded Bluetooth module surprisingly worked, I had to stay rather close to the board with my phone. Even then, the audio playback was disrupted once in a while. I could forget about going to another room with my phone, lest the connection would be lost. And now comes this small, pretty USB dongle, the TP-Link UB500. I can connect to my Raspberry board from another room. Audio playback is flawless. I can even put my phone in the drawer a few meters away, and everything plays well. Wonderful :)

Works as advertised, plug & play. It has enhanced my usage of bluetooth more than I expected. Would buy again.
