Changed the way I could work out
Heading into summer in the middle east I am cycling in 30+ degrees heat, even at 4 am. I was drinking lots of energy drinks that contain salt to keep up and actually started gaining weight when adding 7+ hours in the saddle per week. This little drink has changed all that, all the salts I need, and no calories. Don't judge the taste before you ride, take a sip after a hard effort and it tastes like heaven!! A little goes a long way. Tip: I would recommend getting a little plastic syringe to transfer the amount into your water bottle as so little is needed you want to be accurate.

Not Convinced On The Product
Used it a number of times with increased concentration but found no positives from it. Not a pleasant taste either.

Definitely worth taking. Love the citric taste I use Elete rather than any sugary sports products, I've been drinking water with Elete Citrilyte throughout the day, quick and efficient way to get magnesium into your cells, my sleep has improved!
