Effective supplements
After taking the supplement of this product I noticed it is really effective for PCOS and PCOD, improvements in menstrual cycles and also reduced my mood swings. The product is plant-based, containing folate and vitamin D, and I like its regularizing effect on periods. I highly recommend it..

Inositol review
Reviewing after a month of use, its best fr people with pcos. I've noticed real changes in my body, no weight loss, but my body size is shrinking, and I now fit into all my clothes comfortably. Periods haven't returned in 2-3 months, though. One downside: constant gas. Overall, it's effective, just stick to 1 pill a day, not 2. Taste is something i didnt like but its the benefits that matter.

Worth the price
Personally, I haven't noticed any changes. 4 stars only for the price offered to the product. You will get 60 tabs in a bottle. It's a vegetarian tablets. It's pink in color. Overall, okay product.

I bought this PCOS supplement from Health Veda Organics for my wife. She’s been struggling with PCOS for years — irregular periods, frequent breakouts, mood swings, and constant fatigue. It was tough seeing her go through all that, and we had already tried a bunch of lifestyle changes, but nothing really gave lasting relief. After reading about the importance of Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol in the right 40:1 ratio, I decided to give this one a try. It also has folate and vitamin D, which are great additions. She’s been taking it regularly for a few weeks now, and honestly, there’s been a visible difference. Her periods have started getting more regular, her skin has cleared up a bit, and emotionally too, she seems a lot more stable and relaxed. Even the small things like her energy levels improving — it all matters. Really happy with this purchase. It’s become a helpful part of her daily routine now, and we’ll definitely continue using it. If your partner is going through something similar, I’d genuinely recommend giving this a try.

Not worth it
Switched to this after 3 months of using some other PCOS supplement...Went by the reviews and lower price, but found it disappointing in terms of results. My cycles which got regularized again went back to irregular, didnt find any improvement in bloating or other insulin resistence symptoms
