Well built. Easy to use.
I got this after my older SUV failed the annual state inspection because the "service engine soon" warning light came on right before the inspection. I just had the car serviced by a reputable garage so I was 90% certain there is nothing wrong with it. I suspected the light came on because a scheduled maintenance, based on the mileage on the car, was approaching. Instead of driving half way across the state to have the warning light turned off. I got the scanner. It arrived in two days; thanks Amazon Prime! As suspected, no serious error code was found. Ancel AD210 erased the code and turned off the warning light on the dashboard. The car passed inspection. All is good!

Works well
Really liked this setup and price. Very inexpensive, but well made. I was VERY disappointed to see a booklet of the codes (instead of a integral database) but I was wrong...after getting the code a couple of seconds later it DOES display the meaning of the code. This reader could not actually clear the code, saying there was an unknown error, but disconnecting the negative cable on the battery for a minute did it. Overall I am pleased with this product, even with those caveats. I'd buy again if I needed to with out regret.

Know before you go
I purchased this low cost car reader so I could be prepared before I take my car to the shop to know what's going on. This scanner is very easy to use. Simple plug into the OBD which is located below your steering column and it does the rest. It will read your car computer and let you know what the code is and what is means. This is helpful not only so your educated before you go to the shop, but also if you are buying a used car as the codes are stored. The only issue I have is that it asks if you want to remove the code and it does not work on all codes. Other than that, it works as promised.

Good scanner for the price
So far I think it was a great investment. I forced a regen on a 2016 cummins 6.7l. I have pulled and cleared codes on an international maxxforce. Used it on cars. It's been a great little scanner. I even pulled codes from ABS, BCM, and Trans ecu. Pleasantly surprised. I gave it a 4 star for the ease of use because I feel it's a little difficult to find what sensor you want to look at. But they are all there which is the most important part.

Disappointed and a bit perturbed
Bought this to do a forced regen on our Dodge Ram HD2500. It didn't work, it would not clear the code. In order to do a regen you must clear the codes first. After messing with it for several hours and contacting Ancel, we gave up and returned the product. Update: return this product the following day, as it did not preform as expected. The item was received on the 14th yet here it is the 20th and the money has not yet been refunded. Will update after a few more days. Update: full refund receive on the 22nd.

So far so good 👍🏻
HD mechanic here...the 3300 successfully reads/erases codes...successfully force regens...connected to all modules with ease...live data is great...live wheel speed is fantastic for chasing down ABS sensors/damaged tone rings. Perfect for pesky daily issues without diving into separate programs on a laptop. Highly recommend this budget scanner for anyone in a shop working with HD OBD protocols. 👏🏻👏🏻🏆 My only complaint(which I can't 100% confirm yet) is on one of the two vehicles I tested the 9 pin connector didn't seat well, and kept falling out. If it's an issue I'll buy a better OBD2-J1939 adapter for $20, or thread a little set screw into the adapter provided. 👍🏻

Reads and deletes codes...good price!
Plugged it in. Immediately turned on...started my car, read the trouble codes. I replaced those parts but you have to also read the code before it....such as ($EA Engine) for example. Then it displays P0449 which is emmissions evap issue as well as code P0446. Make sure you read the code before the actual Pcode. Must look for it online, i found its not in the gm code magazine. The codes after the $ symbol i had already replaced. It threw two codes at me. (I already knew what codes since i had it diagnosed at a shop) One didnt say anything. I suppose it reads one code at a time? Anyways...the issue is my caty and flex pipe. It comes in handy but the live read gave me a list of stuff with a N/A beside it. The scanner didnt read the speed values and such but it did say my computer was not having issues. So thats great to know! I may invest in a blu tooth scanner from a competitive website. It at least read everything. Like i said its only good for reading codes and for the price you cant go wrong! Nowadays most part stores where i live wont read codes anymore.

Does what it says on the tin.
You can't beat it for the price. Had my check engine light come on in my 2000 Ford Taurus. Decided to finally buy one of these rather than drag it to Auto Zone, where the local scanner may or may not be working. Hooked it up, turned on the ignition and in less than 15 seconds my code was found. It displayed the number and what it meant. I then cleared that puppy right out of there and the engine light went out instantly. Promptly stashed the scanner in my glove box. Easy peasy. Well made and the display is easy to read. If you are considering an affordable model, then I highly suggest this Ancel.

Fantastic value and works really well. Allows you to read and clear error codes, plus see live data from the engine management system. Error codes are also displayed with a description so you know what they are referring to.

I got this right after I got an engine warning light on my car. It plugs in right under the dashboard and it just works. I chose this model because I didn't want to mess about with stupid wifi or bluetooth models where I have to download an app then trying to connect with the device. This is a nice simple one with a solid wire connection and also has the explanation of the codes in-built. No need to look through manuals or whatnot. Very simple to use, no need for batteries as it is powered by the car. So I got this, read the codes, looked on the internet on how to fix the problems with my car, found the prices for the parts needed to fix it, and went to my mechanic. The mechanic genuinely looked surprised as hell when I told him what the problems are and what needed to be fixed and how much the parts are. There were no surprises for me as it told me everything I needed to know before going to a mechanic. Best $30 I've ever spent on a gadget for my car. Just buy this one, forget all the other fancy pansy bluetooth and wifi ones, more trouble than it is worth. Most of the time, the apps for wireless OBD readers are pretty crap and only works on either Android or iOS and ones that work on both are really expensive. Edit: Now there is one caveat, this may not work on all cars and it does not read airbag sensor codes or specials manufacturer codes. But in general, it should do the job well

I used it with my Elanta 2017 limited and it works great. I was able to read code for which engine light was disappeared (intermittent issue). Great product and does give one line description of the issue as well.

Works great on engine codes, not airbag or abs system errors

The product is very easy to use, and it allows the user to read and erase engine codes. The descriptions it gives for engine codes are detailed, and can be further researched online. This little device will save you a lot of money by avoiding the incredible fees that dealerships charge for diagnostics. It will help you figure out what exactly is wrong with your car, and what needs to be done. Another cool thing is that he gives you live data about your car as it’s running, which is very useful if there are issues you can’t quite figure out
