I have ordered this product three times. The first time was perfect, the product was very good. The second time the bottle arrived completely shattered, with the nose spray all over everything. I was not allowed to return the product as it was perishable. I got a refund and re ordered the same product. It arrived today and for the second time in a row. The bottle was shattered and the no spray was wasted. Once again, couldn't return, the item had to get a refund.

Works well. It’s more gentle in my nose then last brand.

I use a shot of this in each nostril just before every flight (A second dose halfway through a long flight). I used to get sick on a regular basis after getting off of a flight, but this (Plus a clorox wipe-down of the tray and seat area) has put a stop to that problem.
