Shortbread Stem Ginger Biscuits, Scottish Cookies, 5.3 Oz (Pack of 6)

Delicious shortbread cookies. A lot of pieces of candied ginger make these cookies irresistible. Will definitely be ordering again and again!!!

Okay, not for everyone but I love the flavor and the sharp tang of ginger in these. Great cookie company, and these are rather unique.

The best gingered biscuits ever. They have the optimal crunchy-ness and tiny bits of candied ginger. We eat these year round. Glad to be able to order these from Amazon at a great price, year round.

Walkers cookies are the best. Lots of butter throughout and real ginger pieces!

I thought I was getting 6 boxes of biscuits, instead I got 1 box with 9 biscuits inside. $37 for 9 biscuits?!? What a ripoff 🤬

I love ginger cookies and ginger bread, but usually if homemade not store bought. I must say that when I was served Walkers Stem Ginger Biscuits at a friends home, I was amazed at how delicious they tasted. The chewy stem ginger and it's robust flavor explodes in your mouth...or at least it did in mine. And, supposedly, the stem ginger in this cookie is so much more soothing to the digestive tract than plain powdered ginger. These delicious Scottish cookies are baked using a traditional recipe with generous pieces of whole Buderim stem ginger. The candied ginger bits in the cookies are a real plus. I was disappointed that the ingredients did not include butter, but vegetable shortening. However, the biscuits do taste buttery. The ingredients are: wheat flour, vegetable shortening, sugar, candied stem ginger, golden syrup, oatflakes, leavening, skim milk solids, ground ginger, salt. There are no artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives and the biscuits are Kosher. My rating...YUM!! JANA

Delicious but much too expensive.

I fell in love with these cookies when my parents got it for me from UK way back in 2005. Since then I buy them whenever I find them, be it in India or abroad. Not to mention they are absolutely delicious. I had never tasted the stem ginger flavour and so when I saw this product listed on Amazon, I didn't hesitate. They are buttery, soft and just melt in your mouth. And they have a ginger flavour too! Amazon sweetened the deal by putting it in the "lightning deals" section at a price of Rs 208. The box had an expiry date till Nov 2015 and the MRP was Rs 260. The package had a lot of inflatable plastic airbags to prevent the cookies from any external damage. One of the best packaging ever seen by Amazon. And trust me guys, people who say that these are too sweet should know that cookies are never meant to be anything other than sweet!

Die Kekse selbst sind lecker; gewohnte Qualität von Walker eben. Mit der Post würde ich sie jedoch nicht mehr schicken lassen, hatte zu viel Bruch zu verzeichnen. In zahlreichen Fächern waren Brocken und Krümel, statt der erwarteten Kekse. Wie sollte ich die Kekse also, wie ursprünglich geplant, in dem Zustand zum Teil verschenken?
