The focus and endurance are impressive—I feel locked in and able to push through tough sets with intensity.

I have been drinking Insane Labz since they made their debut out at Olympia. Most of their items have great flavor. This one was alright for the first few scoops. Now, it's a little hard to get down. It gives me a great push and the occasional tingles. It mixes well, a few hard shakes in colder water and there is no dust in the bottom.

When I bought these item, I thought is new what is my surprise is come open and I look inside. It looks very bad. I tried to return it, but I don’t know how to do that so I throw it away I’m very disappointment.

Be ready to get a good long work out and. I notice it keeps you nice and positive during the day. Please make sure you drink it in the morning if not you will not be able to sleep

First of all I NEVER write reviews and I have never used a pre work out that does not tell you how much MG is for their ingredients all it says it’s the total. I tried it for 3 days ! The after taste is horrible, it wears out in less than an hour, makes you feel horrible, gives you anxiety and you can’t concentrate. The next morning you will feel like you got hit by a truck and you feel like you are drunk or high. Worst pre work out I have taken ever ! I would definitely like to get my money back! I took 1/2 scoop just like it tells you to do it but even then it makes you feels horrible !
