Have a lazy boy sofa old style with bolt and locking latches. Due to the play in this system and my aggressive playing dogs the threads got worn out and the system ultimately failed and our sectional wouldn't stay together anymore. Thank God for these! After installing, it is actually easier to disconnect and connect the sectional now for cleaning underneath, so huge plus. Also these have 0 play, each section is pretty snug and barley budges so my dogs have not been able to wear it out and by the looks of it, might be many years if they do.

Very happy with this product, we bought some sectional pieces that didn’t connect so they would separate over time. These brackets were super easy to install, just had to make sure they are lined up evenly on the edges that connect, then measure the down pointing brackets .5 inches higher than up pointing bracket (which you install first) and then slide them in. I had a 3 piece sectional so I used 4 to connect each piece and it’s works like a charm!

Nice and solid worked great on locking each piece of my sectional couch together. But took a serious amount of time to get right and line up each piece. Do yourself a favor and make a template out of cardboard or something similar ahead time otherwise it will take like 3 hours to install.

They work great and keep my sectional couch from separating constantly. Husband had no issues installing them.
