Ballpoint Pen S20, Deep Red (BPPS-2SK-DR)

Love the feel of writing with this! Ergonomic and the nibs are rather buttery. Pilot does make good refills. Bought 3 pens for home and office use.

Pen is good but click was found damaged and not in use.

This is a nicely designed diminutive pen with good curb appeal. I just wish that it had the ability to take more widely available Gel refills from some of the more ubiquitous models from Pilot and UniBall. Although it could do service as your daily driver, use this when you need to leave a lasting impression on someone. You might want to keep one on hand for when you need to atone to your spouse for some misdeed. Or consider it for gifting, as every time the beneficiary uses it, unlike your spouse perhaps, they will probably remember you fondly. Update 4/8/2018: I'd forgotten I had reviewed this pen. Worth mentioning however that after I wrote this review, the tip fell off without me noticing so it was lost forever. Because this was subsequent to my need to often re-tighten the tip, I removed a star from the original 4 star review. You may be able to mitigate this deficiency using lock-tight, but given the restrictions with your choice of refills and then the prospect of losing the tip which renders the pen unusable, I will not be purchasing another one in spite of it's curb appeal.

The Pilot S20 is a classy workhorse ballpoint pen. It uses the excellent (affordable and ubiquitous) Dr. Grip Center of Gravity Refill (which can be found in either blue or black). The wood body of the pen is comfortable, durable, and unique. There's very little "jiggle" in the pen tip (which is a huge plus, since so many pens possess that annoying rattle). You could reasonably use the pen for everything from board meetings to grading homework.
