One of My Most-Used Kitchen Tools
I purchased this HOTEC fish spatula set for daily use in my personal chef kit, and it’s easily become one of our favorite tools. The set includes one small and one large spatula, and both are incredibly versatile. We use them constantly for flipping vegetables, tofu portions, burgers, fish, and crabcakes. They’re true multitaskers. The stainless steel heads feel sturdy and well made, with just the right amount of flexibility for lifting and turning delicate foods like fish without breaking them. The wooden handles are comfortable, non-slip, and give great control, even during fast-paced cooking. They also hold up well to high heat on the grill and stovetop. One thing to note is that these are not dishwasher safe due to the wooden handles. That’s not an issue for us since we hand wash our tools anyway, but it’s worth keeping in mind for home kitchens that rely on the dishwasher. Overall, this is a well-designed, durable spatula set that I reach for daily. Highly recommend for serious home cooks and professionals alike.

Must have kitchen utensil
Excellent quality, polished stainless steel, nice wooden handles with brass rivets, last forever, easy to clean, great value compared to comparable items, use for burgers, pancakes, eggs, anything, the small size one works great for small skillets, not disappointed but surprised

Exactly what I wanted.
Honestly shocked at the quality for the price. Well made, heavy. Great alternative to the pricier ones.

Sturdy Well Made
Very sturdy spatula. It has some flexibility to make it easier to get under foods, but is strong enough to hold heavy foods. The wooden handle is attached very well and easy to keep a good grip on it. Others looked very flimsy, but this is well designed. It feels like it'll last years. Highly recommend this item.

Flexible spatulas are...flexible!
These are the perfect spatula for so many things! I use them to flip things like frieds & tots in my air fryer oven, and of course fish but I really like them for baking cookies. They are very thin and flexible and make it easy to remove the cookies. I also felt the price was quite reasonable and I feel the quality made these a steal!

Looks Nice, Sturdy, but Very Thick
These spatulas look very nice and seem well made, Even the low-end wood handles are moderately finished and should last fine as long as they are not run through the dishwasher (as instructed!). My biggest complaint is that the metal is quite thick and not particularly flexible - this would be great if I wanted them to scrape char off the bottom of a skillet, but that is not what they are for, right? Fish spatulas in particular are meant to be very flexible and easy to maneuver around delicate foods. And to make matters worse, that thick metal is not beveled at all on the end, just a thick square blunt edge of metal, so these will not slide easily under any food. Yes, I can file down the top edge of the blade to bevel it as it should be, but I shouldn't have to do that. Ordinarily I would return such an item, but since the price for this pair is very reasonable, I guess I'll keep them and fix them myself.
